AI Readiness Assessment

Ten honest questions, about two minutes, and a score out of 30 that tells you whether your business should fix its foundations, run a pilot, or scale what is already working. Each band comes with specific next steps, not a sales pitch.

STEP 1 / 10

Data accessibilityHow easy is it for your team to find the information they need to do their jobs?

Scored entirely in your browser. No data leaves this page, nothing is stored, and there is no email gate at the end.

faq.txt
  • How is the score calculated?
Ten questions, each scored 0 to 3 points, for a maximum of 30. The questions cover the things that actually predict whether AI projects stick: data accessibility, documented processes, repetitive task volume, team appetite, leadership buy-in, budget, tooling, privacy posture, measurement habits and prior automation experience.
  • What do the bands mean?
Foundation first (0 to 10) means basics like shared data and documented processes need fixing before AI can stick. Ready for pilots (11 to 20) means you should run one well-scoped pilot with a clear success metric. Ready to scale (21 to 30) means the next win is integrating AI into your systems rather than just individual chat usage.
  • Is my data stored or shared?
No. The assessment runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are never sent to a server, there is no tracking of your responses, and there is no email gate before the results.
  • What should I do if I score low?
Do not buy anything yet. Low scores almost always trace back to scattered information and undocumented processes, and both are cheap to fix. Follow the Foundation first steps in your results, then retake the assessment in a quarter. Most businesses can reach pilot-ready within three months.
  • How often should I retake the assessment?
Quarterly is sensible, or after any significant change: a new system, a leadership shift, or completing your first pilot. The point is to track movement, not to get a perfect score.
